Commissions And Trades

Artist's Rights: Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain all rights to my work under the alias "JayTicy", including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sales/self-promotion sample. I also reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to decline and refund a commission in full.Communication: The client must be fluent in English or German and remain appropriate in all communication.Payment: Unless otherwise agreed, all payments should be made in EURO €, either in up-front or after the sketch, through Deviant Art, Ko-Fi or PayPal. There are no payment plans available. However, 50% payment upfront can be discussed.Additional fees: Fees will be charged for commercial use and deadlines. Commercial use costs +200% of the original price for a small business while more may be charged for larger companies. Deadline fees may either be +25% or +50%, depending on my availability and the proximity of the deadline. However, there will be no additional charge for character complexity because it is included in the base price.Refunds: If payment has not yet been received, the client still reserves the option to cancel their commission. Commissions that have progressed beyond the sketch stage, on the other hand, will not be refunded. Upon cancellation or refund, the client must delete all, if any, possession of the commission. If a commission is cancelled after the sketch phase, a refund may occur, but only for the amount of 50% of the full commission, making the commission the price of a sketch commission. This does NOT apply to an already agreed sketch commission. With this however, the client may keep the sketch.Revisions: During the sketch phase, the client has the right to up to five revisions. After the client has approved the sketch, no significant changes (e.g., pose, outfit) will be made without a 25% fee. Minor changes (e.g., small details, colors), on the other hand, are free at any stage. If I make any mistakes in the character design or other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make the necessary changes free of charge.Process: All significant changes to the work must be made during the sketch stage. I might send lineart and flat color work in progresses to ensure client satisfaction. However, I don't send work in progresses outside of those unless I'm having trouble with the character. As a result, if the client wants to see them, they must request them.Time: All significant changes to the work must be made during the sketch stage. As a result, if the client wants to see them, they must request them.Delivery: The completed piece will be digitally delivered either to the client's email address or through the contacted social media. There will be no other way of shipment. I am not liable for the client's loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters, or any other technical difficulties. It is also the client's responsibility to store it properly. This is due to the fact that I cannot guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available if the client's files are lost.Usage: All commissions must be used for personal purposes only; commercial use is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. The client is free to repost the piece on their profiles as long as proper credit is given and my signature left intact. The client can also resize or crop the artwork to make personal icons, wallpapers, or other graphics. The client, on the other hand, is not permitted to edit, alter, or trace the piece, nor is it permitted to remove my watermark/signature. The client may also not use the product in any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future blockchain inventions.

Requests and Gifts

I also reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to decline and cancel a request/gift.Communication: The client must be fluent in English or German and remain appropriate in all communication.Revisions: The individual has the right to up to three revisions during the sketch phase if they are present for it. After they have approved the sketch, no significant changes (e.g., pose, outfit) will be made. Therefore, if the individual wants it done a certain way, they must commission me.Time: Free work will not be subject to a deadline, so if the individual wants it completed by a specific date or confirmation that it will be completed, they must commission meDelivery: The completed piece will be digitally delivered either to the client's email address or through the contacted social media via private message. There will be no other mode of shipment. I am not liable for the client's loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters, or any other technical difficulties. It is also the client's responsibility to store it properly. Designs, Species + Adopts

Artist's Rights: Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain all rights to my work under the alias "JayTicy", including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sales/self-promotion sample.Communication: The client must be fluent in English or German and remain appropriate in all communication.Payment: Despite the listed price, any offer (lower price, illustrations, etc.) can be made. However, it does not guarantee the customer's ownership of the design unless they pay the listed price. All money payments must be made in EURO € through Deviant Art, Ko-Fi or PayPal.Ownership Transfer: The design may be resold, traded, or gifted by the customer. However, unless additional commissioned art is included, it must not sell for more than the price paid for it. If only additional own art is included with the resell, then it must not be sold before 3 months after purchase and must have more than 3 own full artworks made. (Not plain Sketches)Edits: The customer is free to make changes to the design as they see fit, as long as the original design remains recognizable. With species designs, it is preferable to get permission first, to ensure it stays in line of the rules with the creature design. Editing over the original image is permitted as long as I still get credit for the original work.Delivery: The completed piece will be digitally delivered either to the client's email address or through the contacted social media via private message.
